On November 1st, Lincoln Hall will host a Dia de Los Muertos beer dinner sponsored by Modelo. Chef Dan Salls from the upcoming Logan Square-based restaurant and Mezcaleria Quiote is creating a 5 course dinner that will be accompanied by drink and musical pairings from Modelo and Chicago Sinfonietta's Project Inclusion ensemble. The night’s menu will feature dishes inspired by classic Oaxacan dishes. A string quartet from the Project Inclusion ensemble will perform musical pairings from the Chicago Sinfonietta Dia de Los Muertos program.

Tickets for the dinner are $45 and can be purchased at The event will begin at 6pm in the front bar, which includes a welcome beer. Dinner and the performance will begin at 7pm in the music room. The dinner is a 21+ event.
