Schubas & The Harmony Grill are the perfect choice for your private events. The historic Schubas Tavern and its restaurant The Harmony Grill can accommodate parties ranging from 20 - 400 people in any of its four spacious rooms. Whether you're planning an engagement or bachelor party, rehearsal dinner or wedding reception, birthday or holiday event; we're happy to help plan your party, while adding a vibrant touch in a unique atmosphere.

                    

Our extensive catering menus and drink packages can be tailored to any event. In the kitchen, chefs preside over menus brimming with contemporary, regional American cuisine featuring ingredients sourced from local and regional producers. Our techniques reflect our obsession with freshness; we make all soups, sauces, and desserts in-house daily.

                    

Originally built as a tap room by the Joseph Schlitz Brewing Company in 1903, our homey corner bar pays homage to its roots with a 30-foot Mahogany bar and tin ceiling. The Upstairs Lounge boasts another full bar with a personal bartender and servers available. Our AV setup includes a full sound system, DJ rig, projector and screen and make the upstairs lounge ideal for hosting anything from presentations to dance parties.Schubas' Music Room is ideal for even larger events and we can help arrange music or other live entertainment.

                    

Nestled right next door, the Harmony Grill flaunts both its history and proximity to the musical landmark. As diners gather around intimately lit tables and booths, stained glass windows and ornate molding compete for eyes' attention with the murals and paintings of musicians adorning the walls.

What kind of food do you have available for my event?

All menus can be customizable and are subject to change seasonally. Additionally, a food & beverage tax of 10.75% and 20% gratuity will be applied.

What are your booking policies?

Lincoln Hall and Schubas Tavern would be delighted to hold your requested date however, a requested date may only be confirmed once a signed rental agreement and a venue renal fee is received. The venue rental fee is refundable, 90 days out.

Upon receiving the signed rental agreement and the venue rental fee, a second payment will be due 30 to 90 days prior to the event. Lincoln Hall and Schubas Tavern reserves the right to cancel if payment has not been received.

Not for Profit Events: Lincoln Hall and Schubas tavern encourages partnership with Not For Profit organizations. Please provide a copy of the Internal Revenue determination letter at the time the contract is signed in order for it to be reviewed to see if any tax exemptions are applicable.

Lincoln Hall and Schubas Tavern assumes no responsibility for damages to or loss of any merchandise or articles left in the venue before, during or following the event.

All deliveries of equipment decoration and other items must be review with Lincoln Hall and Schubas Tavern, but signed for by a representative from your group.

Lincoln Hall and Schubas Tavern sound, lighting and video equipment will be operated by or under the supervision of our staff.

Standard production and Security fees- $50 to $500
Standard venue rental" - between $1,000 - $3,500
Schubas Tavern Tax- 9.75%
Lincoln Hall Tax- 10.75%
Standard Gratuity- 20%

What is the price of renting the upstairs lounge?

The base price of renting the upstairs lounge at Schubas is $100 in cash and $150 via credit card. Please contact terri@schubas.com to plan your party.

What are the different drink packages you offer?

Package 1 - Draft beer, wine, soda
Package 2 - Draft and bottled beer, wine, soda, well liquor
Package 3 - Same as above plus call liquor
Package 4 - Same as above plus top shelf liquor

*Drink packages are priced on a per person per hour basis.

We also offer you the option of running a tab to a designated limit or the option of choosing cash bar. Additionally, you are welcome to purchase pre-determined drink tickets, giving you the ability to pass these out at your discretion.

What's the parking situation around Schubas Tavern?

Schubas has a small private lot attached to the building. In addition, there is a private pay lot 1 1/2 blocks west of Schubas on Greenview, just south of Belmont. Street parking around the building is also available.
