You should receive an email confirmation of your ticket purchase. Please bring valid photo ID for proof of age and ticket purchase.

All tickets are general admission only unless noted otherwise and DO NOT guarantee seating.
For the best seats/position in the music room please arrive 60 minutes prior to show time to pick-up your tickets.
A ticket service charge will be added to the purchase price of each ticket.

What time does the show start?

The website lists showtime, not doors. Unless noted otherwise, doors open one hour prior to showtime. Expect the first artist to start at showtime, give or take a few minutes.

What is your policy on transferring tickets?

Unfortunately, the only way you can make a ticket transfer is to have your friend or friends show up at the doors on the night of the show with your email confirmation and an original/physical state issued form of the ticket buyers ID. No photocopies of the forms of ID will be accepted. They must be the original copies. If these guidelines cannot be followed, no transfer will be allowed. Acceptable forms of ID include drivers license, state ID, or passport.

Can I make dinner reservations?

The kitchen opens two hours before the listed show time. Reservations can be made by calling 773.525.2501 ext. 2 and leaving a voicemail with your name, phone number, the date being requested, and number of people in your party. A Lincoln Hall representative will return your call to confirm the details of your reservation. Reservations include a $25 minimum but guarantee concert balcony seating as long as the reservation time is at least 45 minutes before doors open for the show. You must plan on claiming your balcony seats before the first act begins their performance. Please note, reserving balcony seats is subject to change based on the show.

What is your photography / taping policy?

You are allowed to bring camera phones and handhelds, but professional cameras are not allowed without a photo pass. Our photography and taping policies are dictated by the policies of the bands playing the show in question, so this is subject to change.
